© 2024 The DEFCON Warning System. Established 1984.

The DEFCON Warning System is a private intelligence organization which has monitored and assessed nuclear threats by national entities since 1984. It is not affiliated with any government agency and does not represent the alert status of any military branch. The public should make their own evaluations and not rely on the DEFCON Warning System for any strategic planning. At all times, citizens are urged to learn what steps to take in the event of a nuclear attack.

How to Contact Us
Anonymously, Securely, Privately

If you have information you want to pass on to the staff at the DEFCON Warning System, but due to the sensitive nature of the information you feel the need to remain anonymous, you can use an anonymous e-mail relayer to reach us.

One such is Anonymouse at http://anonymouse.org/anonemail.html

The e-mail address to send your information to is [email protected]

The relayer will strip away any identifying information and forward it to us.

Please note there are some limitations:

  • There is a delay of up to twelve hours from when you send it to the time we receive it. It is usually much faster, but that is what they are advising, so we pass that on to you.
  • Any information we get anonymously is treated as highly suspect, but we will investigate it.
  • There is no way for us to reply to your message. So don’t wait for a response.

It is always better to send your information via e-mail or private message, but those can be traced. If you need to remain anonymous, here is an option.

When sending information, please try to be as detailed as possible. Remember, we can’t ask follow-up questions.

We will treat information as confidential, and if we need to pass it on to the public, we will phrase it so that it can not be traced back to you. We also will not compromise security or military plans by releasing information that the public does not need to know.
